License & Use
When you purchase from Jaide & Jett Presets, you’re receiving a personal, non-exclusive license to use the Lightroom Desktop and Mobile presets for your own creative work. Files are for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed in any form.
Ownership & Copyright
All presets, textures, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of Cienna Sonderegger (Jaide & Jett Presets). Each file is protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use, duplication, or sharing is not permitted and may result in license termination or legal action.
Digital Access & Delivery
All products are delivered digitally through download links sent immediately after purchase. Download links are sent once per order and will expire after a limited time. Please back up your files securely after download. Replacement links will not be reissued once expired.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Agreement
By purchasing, you agree to these terms. Jaide & Jett Presets reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Choosing not to enforce any portion of this agreement does not waive our rights to enforce it later.
System Requirements & Compatibility
Jaide & Jett Presets are compatible with Adobe Lightroom Classic (version 11 and newer), Lightroom CC, and Adobe Camera Raw (version 14 and newer). Mobile presets are compatible with Lightroom Mobile for iOS and Android.
Not all preset files will function properly on older versions of Lightroom or non-Adobe software. Please confirm your software is up to date before purchase, as digital products are non-refundable.
